Urgent help needed for Adjournment Debate

Paul Maynard MP has secured an adjournment debate in Westminster on Wednesday 3 November at 9.30am on ‘Speech Therapy Services for Children’. Questions will be directed to Sarah Teather MP, Minister of State for Children and Families.

Paul Maynard has a particular interest in AAC provision and is passionate about securing services and provision for children with speech, language and communication needs, driven in part by his own personal experiences.

Survey of Provision of Communication Aids in Wales

The Welsh Assembly Government has recently undertaken a review of the provision of complex, children's and specialist community equipment.

Additional work is now being undertaken to investigate the current provision of communication aids throughout Wales.

Voluntary and Third Sector Organisations are now being asked to complete and return a survey questionnaire by Friday 3 December 2010...
