About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent IT skills and experience of working in an administration environment. No two days are ever the same. You will be working under instruction from the Charity Manager and occasionally on your own initiative within organisational strategies.

Tasks will include assisting with the organisation of events such as Study Days, AAC Information Days and an Annual International Conference; processing memberships; involvement in the production and distribution of the CM Journal and weekly newsletter; taking meeting minutes; helping to maintain the CM social media presence including its website, Facebook page and Twitter feed.

You’ll be a natural organiser with a high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Previous administration experience is a must, along with excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
