From Rohan Slaughter, University of Dundee:

Would you like to learn about the assessment, provisioning, ongoing support, and review of Assistive Technology?

The MSc in Educational Assistive Technology (EduAT) programme team would like to invite those interested in finding out more about the MSc EduAT to attend an open afternoon on Thursday 4th July 2024, from 15:00 to 17:00.

The session will include:

  • An overview of the programme, including a summary of the core and elective modules.
  • Information on who the programme is for and how it is taught.
  • An overview of the User Centre at UoD, which is a unique feature of the computing dept at the University. The User Centre provides a space for users of AAC and assistive technology to meet in mutually supportive groups to work on training, research and supporting work.
  • A summary of current research projects that the programme team are delivering.
  • There will be an opportunity for prospective students to ask questions of the programme team, and current MSc EduAT students or alumni (graduates) who may be available.
